• Please read through the Release Notes document before the upgrade procedure is started, since it may contain special instructions.

• If there are visits in the queues, those will be lost.

• Central must be upgraded before distributed Queue Agent upgrade.

• When upgrading from 6.0, the Queue Agent database will be removed.

• If Software Terminals are used, a refresh of the Terminal Browser may be needed.
